Welcome Reception

On the first evening of the congress, all delegates are kindly invited to join the Welcome Reception which will take place directly after the Opening Ceremony at the congress venue, in the exhibition area. It states the perfect opportunity to get in first contact with colleagues and/or business partners in a relaxed atmosphere while enjoying local snacks and drinks.

Morning Run

The Local Organizing Committee is pleased to announce a running run on Monday and Tuesday morning for this year's congress. More detailed information will soon be provided.  


Reception at the Copenhagen City Hall

The LOC is delighted to announce the invitation of the City of Copenhagen to a reception at the City Hall. The City Hall is one of the city's landmarks and is situated on The City Hall Square in central Copenhagen, and was built in the years 1892-1905. It was designed by the architect Martin Nyrop in the National Romantic style, drawing inspiration from the Siena City Hall, Italy. In recent years The City Hall has been used for scenes in Danish hit tv series like "The Killing" and "Borgen"

Price: Attendance is free of charge for all fully registered congress delegates, accompanying persons, exhibitors and sponsors but the tickets are limited to the number of 600. So distribution will be on first come - first served. Please indicate your participation during the online registration process.


Congress Dinner







The congress dinner on Tuesday evening is a well-known EUROTOX tradition and also this year the dinner marks one of the highlights during EUROTOX 2020, offering an exceptional evening including culinary delights, cultural and musical entertainment.
The congress dinner will take place at the Langelinie Pavillonen, a venue located at the Langelinie waterfront in Copenhagen and not far away from the statue of The Little Mermaid. The current building is a modernist structure from 1958 and was designed by Nils and Eva Koppel (who were influenced by Alvar Aalto, architect of the Finlandia Hall in Helsinki).

During this evening attendees can discover another part of Copenhagen from the waterfront because delegates will be shuttled by boat. After having enjoyed fresh Danish cuisine, delegates may continue networking with colleagues and friends and celebrate to entertainment and music.
